Anyone who knows me well will tell you my favorite place to be is home. I have had several homes, all of which I loved and left for one reason or another. I now live in a small 1100 sqft ranch near the city of Providence, RI which I am constantly rearranging. I live with my Cavachon, Hazel. When I’m not blogging or networking I’m decorating or creating, writing or reading. This is what I am drawn to. My sisters are just like me in that respect. Artists and creative designers. My Mother is a lover of nature and introduced me to all the natural elements I use to decorate my home. She taught me about birds, the moon and all things delightful in the world!

I started my own 2000 sqft brick and mortar storefront in 1989 thru 2000 where I specialized in vintage clothing, jewelry, small antiques and accessories. I loved every second of it. It was then that I learned how to photograph my store vignettes and goods for sale on line. I was fortunate to be able to turn a passion into a business which thrived. During those years I learned how to design my own website and that opened doors to a blurb in In Style Magazine and an interview with Entrepreneur Magazine, Business Edition. I was one of a small handful of vintage clothing stores on the internet during that time period until Ebay found its ground and changed everything forever more.
